I grew up with 3 brothers and learned  how to cook from an early age. While it’s true that I have over 100 cookbooks in my kitchen, I seldom follow them, word for word, instead choosing to put my own little twist on each dish in an attempt to personalize them in a unique way and I would encourage you to do the same. Cooking can be fun, once one learns the basics and that is what I will attempt to do here. So sit back, pour yourself a glass of your favorite adult beverage and lets have some fun together.
